SameSite ("the app") is a progress-photo camera. We designed it to keep your content on your device.
Every photo you take, along with your projects, folders, and notes, is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to us or anyone else. We have no servers and no account system, and we cannot see your photos.
If you buy SameSite Pro (a one-time purchase), the transaction is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate and restore that purchase. RevenueCat receives the purchase and transaction information and a randomly generated identifier for your app installation. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID, and none of it is used for advertising or tracking.
The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
When you use the share or export features, files leave the app only to the destination you choose (for example Messages, Photos, or another app), under your control.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
